If you’re not using Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo a few times a week you’re missing out. If you must know Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo is great for many things, but what I use it for the most is lice prevention. Yes, you heard that correctly. I said lice. I know your head just started itching and I’m sorry about that, but you need to be prepared. One day, your child will get lice and I’m giving you the tips and tricks for how to prevent it. I live in a country where lice is a common occurrence. Kids are allowed to go to school with lice because the infestations are so bad that if they tell a kid they can’t come in with lice, they may be home the entire year. When I moved here with my 7-week old daughter, I researched ways to keep lice away, and you guessed it, Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo came up a lot. People on all the mom facebook groups I’m in suggested adding Apple Cider Vinegar to shampoo to make it an Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo. So that’s exactly what I did. In my daughter’s shampoo, I put a lot of Apple Cider Vinegar. Not enough that she would notice or that it would irritate her scalp, but enough that I can smell it when I take off a whiff of her freshly washed hair.
I know I’m going to regret saying this, but the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo has worked so far. I don’t want to talk more about its success because I don’t want to jinx it. I’m also getting an extremely itchy scalp while writing this so I want to stop, but I’ll continue for your sake. When all of my daughter’s friends had lice, she didn’t. Thankfully I knew about the befits of Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo when I did. It was extremely beneficial and has really worked.
When you send your child to school, you don’t know what kind of germs or bugs they’ll come home with. Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo is a great way to prevent the bugs, I can’t guarantee it can help you with the germs though. When my whole daughter’s class got worms, my daughter or some reason didn’t. I don’t think it’s because of the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo, but it could be because of her diet. I know it’s an extremely gross topic, but I had to get off the lice one. So, thank God, my daughter has been healthy.
When she first started school, my husband and I got so sick. Apparently, it’s a known thing for parents to get sick when their first child starts school. We had to build up our immune system just like she did. We haven’t been exposed to childhood sickness since we were kids, so the re-exposure was not settling, to say the least. Our daughter was fine, it was me and my husband who got it bad. A friend of ours had to come over to just take our daughter for a walk, it was so bad. But thankfully we’re all healthy now and lived to tell the tale.
Thanks for supporting my blog.
